The land use plan, showing the general loca- <br /> tion of all interior streets, and the approxi- <br /> mate size and location of each land use per- <br /> mitted under this Section 9.5; <br /> C. Such other features as the developer may <br /> consider to be of importance in the evaluation <br /> of the Master Site Development Plan. <br /> In addition, the developer shall submit such <br /> other detailed plans, specifications and data as <br /> may be required by the Board of Appeals in <br /> order for the Board of Appeals to determine <br /> whether or not there will be compliance by the <br /> developer with the standards and regulations of <br /> this Section 9.5 so as to allow use of the land as <br /> a Planned Retirement Community. <br /> 9.583 The Board of Appeals shall render a decision <br /> within sixty (60) days of the date of hearing. <br /> 9.584 The Board of Appeals may, in approving a PRC, <br /> impose such terms and conditions as the Board <br /> of Appeals shall deem necessary to accomplish <br /> the reasonable application of the standards pro- <br /> vided in this Section 9.5. <br /> 9.585 Upon the allowance of a PRC by the Board of <br /> Appeals under this Section 9.5: , <br /> A. The developer may develop the site in sec- <br /> tions, and at or after submission to-the Board <br /> of Appeals for approval of the Master Site <br /> Development Plan, the developer shall sub- <br /> mit to the Planning Board for approval Final <br /> T <br /> Site Development Plan(s) for the section(s) <br /> s which it intends to develop. In connection <br /> with each Final Site Development Plan, there <br /> shall be submitted to and approved by the <br /> Planning Board the plans and information re- <br /> quired by Section 9.3824. Certificate(s) of <br /> occupancy may be withheld until the con- <br /> struction as required in each section under <br /> Section 9.3824 and other parts of Section 9.5, <br /> where said Sections are applicable, has been <br /> completed or provided for. <br /> 40 <br />
