9.59 Miscellaneous. <br /> 9.591 The Building Inspector may revoke a building <br /> permit issued under this By-Law in case the <br /> builder or developer fails to conform to the plans <br /> and schedules as approved. <br /> 9.592 If any provisions of this Section 9.5 shall be <br /> found to conflict with any other provision of <br /> this By-Law, such conflict shall be resolved in <br /> favor of this Section 9.5. <br /> 9.593 If any section, subsection, or other portion of <br /> this Section 9.5 shall be adjudged invalid, the <br /> remainder of this Section 9.5 shall be deemed <br /> not to be affected thereby and shall continue to <br /> be in full force and effect. <br /> SECTION 10: SIGNS <br /> 10.1 No signs or advertising devices of any kind or nature <br /> shall be erected on any premises or affixed to the out- <br /> side of any structure or be visible from the outside of i <br /> any structure in Mashpee except as specifically per- <br /> mitted by this Section. <br /> 10.2 Residential Districts. <br /> 10.21 One sign displaying the street number, or name of the <br /> occupant of premises, or both, not exceeding two (2) <br /> square feet in area. Such sign may be attached to a <br /> building or may be on a rod or post not more than <br /> six (6) feet high and not less than ten (10) feet from <br /> the street line. Such sign may include identification of <br /> an accessory studio or professional office in the dwell- <br /> ing or on the premises,-or may identify other permitted <br /> accessory uses including customary home occupations. . <br /> 10.22 One bulletin or announcement board or identification <br /> sign for a permitted non-residential building or use, <br /> not more than six (6) square feet signboard area. For <br /> churches and institutions, two (2) bulletin or an- <br /> nouncement or identification signs are permitted on <br /> each building.
