9. 3825 Road profile plans on engineering <br /> plans showing utilities including water <br /> supply, quality and quantity for every <br /> two acres, sewerage disposal , electrical <br /> service , storm drainage ( including capacity) <br /> and other pertinent information required by <br /> the Planning Board. <br /> y 826 Covenants or ether documents <br /> satisfactory to the Planning Board to insure <br /> the- open -=pace wi l l remain open and not bui 1 t <br /> upon , <br /> j <br /> 9. 2827 More than one party <br /> may be named as an <br /> applicant for a special permit . Thespecial <br /> permit is not transferable to other parties <br /> not named in the <br /> application , without specific <br /> written permission from the Planning Board. <br /> 9. 383 { 1Y The applicant shall submit to the Town <br /> Clerk an appl i cation for a special <br /> permit <br /> accompanied by the original of the plan plus <br /> ten 10) copies thereof , together with a fee to be <br /> determined by the Board, to include the cost of <br /> advertisement and notification of all "parties in <br /> interest" as defined in G. L . ch . 40A, 'erection 11 . <br /> (A-) The Town Clerk shall transmit the application , <br /> the original and two 2) copies of the plan to the <br /> Planning Board. One ( 1 ) copy each shall be <br /> forwarded to the Superintendent of Streets , Board <br /> of Health , Fire Department , . Pol ice Department , <br /> Conservation Commission , Recreation Commission <br /> and Board of Appeals and other bodies as the <br /> Planning Board may determine . <br /> (b) The agencies receiving copies of the plans <br /> shall submit to the Planning Board written <br /> recommendations on the proposed project <br /> within 45 days of filing. Failure to comment <br /> shall be deemed lack of objection . <br /> ( c ) The Planning Board, within sixy—five <br /> (65) days of submission of the plan , shall <br /> hold a public hearing, notice of which shall � <br /> be published in a local newspaper once in each <br /> of two successive weeks with the first publ i cation <br /> to be not less than fourteen ( 14) days before <br /> the date of the hearing and shall be mailed to <br /> all "parties in interest " as defined in G. L . ch . <br /> 40H, Section 11 , and to any other property owners <br /> deemed by the Board to be affected thereby . <br /> Notice shall be given by certified mail by the <br /> Board. The li =t of persons to be notified shall <br /> 9-10 <br />
