shall include , but are not limited to - <br /> the fol lowing: <br /> w (a) He shall supervise , direct and be re- <br /> sponsible for the efficient admini - <br /> stration of all functions placed under <br /> his administration by by-law, by town <br /> meeting vote , by vote of the Board-of <br /> $plectmen , or otherwise . <br /> (b) He shall coordi natio the activities of <br /> all town agencies under his control <br /> with those under the control of offi - <br /> cers or multiple member bodies who <br /> are elected directly by the voters of <br /> Mashpee . <br /> (c) He shall attend all regular and special <br /> meetings of the Board of Selectmen , <br /> unless excused, and shall have a voice ,' <br /> but no vote , in all of its proceedings. <br /> (d) He shall attend all annual and special <br /> town meetings and shall answer all <br /> questions .addressed to him related to <br /> warrant articles and which are related <br /> to matters under his general supervi - <br /> sion . <br /> (e) He shall assure that all provisions of <br /> `he by-laws and other votes <br /> �f the town meeting , votes of the Board <br /> of Selectmen and other town agencies <br /> that require enforcement by him or by <br /> _ -.r!d employees subject to his <br /> �er _r al supervision are faithfully <br /> executed and carried out . <br /> ( f) He shall be the financial coordinator , <br /> including supervision of the budget <br /> preparation by all town departments and <br /> submission of the annual operating <br /> budget to the Finance Committee . He <br /> shall coordinate capital programming. <br /> (g) He shall keep the Board of Selectmen <br /> fully informed as to the fiscal con- <br /> dition and needs of the town , and shall <br /> make such recommendations to the Board <br /> of Selectmen and to other elected town <br /> officers and multiple member bodies as <br /> he may deem to be necessary and <br /> desirable . <br /> i <br />
