The defendants, Clara L, Keliinui, Michael Nakunas and <br /> Linda Hendricks are members of the Board of Appeals of the Town <br /> of Nashpee. <br /> 3. The defendant, Harold P. Collins, is the Building Inspector <br /> for the Town of Mashpee. <br /> 4. The plaintiff, DARE, Inc. , is the owner of a parcel of <br /> land consisting of 14.2 acres located in the Town of Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts. In July of 1972 DARE, Inc. opened a school for <br /> adolescents in Mashpoe which is commonly known as *DARE School'. <br /> S.
