Allowing <br /> non-essential construction is apt to increase the <br /> potential for erosion/sedimentation and accidential <br /> contamination events . We would suggest therefore, that <br /> a deed restriction be placed on the residential <br /> waterfront lots prohibiting all but water dependent <br /> construction within 50 feet of the pond ' s high water <br /> mark . Further, any allowable construction in this area <br /> should utilize non-leaching type preservatives. <br />
