Board of Appeals - Minutes October 26, 1988 Page 2. <br />'Z <br />• Mr. David Siniki was in attendance representing this application. He <br />explained that the applicant wishes to build a 64 sf addition to his dining <br />room to be constructed on sonar tubes. A concrete wall now defines the <br />lot line of the property. The new addition would be 42 feet from the wall <br />on one side and 28 feet from the wall on the other side.. <br />Mr. Halpern read a memo from Town Planner F. Thomas Fudala opposing <br />the addition. Mr. Ernest Virgilio, an abutter, expressed concern on the <br />location of the septic system on the property and the lack of elevations <br />and drawings of the proposed addition. He requested additional information. <br />Mr. John Malloy, an immediate abutter, had no comment. He explained that <br />the South Cape Beach Association is the only other immediate abutter. <br />Mr. Halpern said that the.Board would require additional information <br />and that the abutters have the right to know more details on the addition. <br />Mr. Makunas moved to continue the hearing to November 9. Mr. Govoni <br />seconded. All agreed. <br />Cloutier Supply Co. (owner of record: Kevin P. Andrade) - Requests <br />a Special Permit under Section 6.3.G.9 and Section 6.3.H.6 of the Land Use <br />Requirements for permission to construct showroom, sales office and warehouse <br />space in an I-1 zoning district on property located at Lot 1118 Industrial <br />Drive, 800 Falmouth Road (Map 88, Lot 2) Mashpee, MA. <br />• Attorney Winn Davis was in attendance representing this application. <br />Mr. Donald Blair, Manager of Cloutier Supply was present. No abutters were <br />present. <br />Mr. Davis explained that Cloutier Supply is a wholesale distributor <br />of carpet and tile and is seeking the Special Permit for permission to operate <br />a showroom open to the public. Sales are made to contractors and carpet <br />installers. <br />Mr. Makunas moved to grant the Special Permit. Mr. Govoni seconded. <br />All agreed. <br />SGFS Realty Trust (owner of record: Hayes Realty Trust) - Requests <br />a Special Permit under Section 6.3 of the Land Use Requirements and Section <br />11B of the Groundwater Protection District for permission to construct an <br />office building in an I-1 zoning district on property located on Falmouth <br />Road, Route 28, (Map 87, Lot 7) Mashpee, MA. <br />SGFS Realty Trust (owner of record: Hsyes Realty Trust) - Requests <br />a Variance under Section 11.B.5 (h) of the Groundwater Protection District <br />for permission to vary the paving requirements in an I-1 zoning district <br />on property located on Falmouth Road, Route 28 (Map 87, Lot 7) Mashpee, <br />MA. <br />Members sitting: M.
