Jacobson moved to <br /> reappoint Nancy Carter, Bernard Doiron, Carla Meskill and <br /> Louise Murphy to the Mashpee Arts Lottery Council as was <br /> voted by the Council . Mr. Lawrence seconded the motion and <br /> Mr. Gottlieb was in favor. Mr. Carter abstained. <br /> 3. TRAVEL EXPENSES - Mr. Carter moved that funds be expended <br /> from the Leisure Services Expense Account for the purpose <br /> of Dean Driscoll attending attend the National Recreation <br /> and Parks Association Training Conference to be held in <br /> Bedford, New Hampshire on April 1 - 4, 1990. Mrs. Jacobson <br /> seconded the motion. All were in favor . <br /> 4. POLICE STATION ADDITION CONTRACT - Mr. Harrington requested <br /> that the Board not sign the Police Station Addition <br /> Contract due to the fact that he is awaiting documentation <br /> from Bond Counsel' relative to the authorization to borrow <br /> the money. Mr. Harrington anticipated receipt of the <br /> documentation during this week. <br /> 5. FISCAL POLICY ADVISORY COMMITTEE - Mr. Harrington made <br /> recommendations relative to the creation of a Fiscal Policy <br /> Advisory Committee to consist of the Town Treasurer, Town <br /> Accountant, Executive Secretary and two members from the <br /> general public. Mr. Lawrence stated the creation of this <br /> new committee does not diminish the Finance Committee's <br /> capacity but that it would be an arm of the Finance <br /> Committee and the Board of Selectmen to supply them with <br /> financial information that they do not normally deal with. <br /> Mr. Lawrence moved to create a Fiscal Policy Advisory <br /> Committee under the direction of the Executive Secretary to <br /> be established by May 1 , 1990. Mrs. Jacobson seconded the <br /> motion. All were in favor. <br /> The deadline for applications will be April 15, 1990. <br />
