GASOLINE STORAGE HEARING - LITTLE RIVER BOATYARD - Attorney <br /> John Connolly appeared before the Board representing Mr. <br /> William Burtis of Little River Boatyard. Little River <br /> Boatyard has applied for a license for aboveground and <br /> underground storage of gasoline contained in the tanks of <br /> boats stored at the Boatyard and underground storage of <br /> gasoline in tanks that will be put in. Twenty thousand <br /> gallons of fuel will be stored underground and an estimated <br /> thirty-five hundred gallons will be stored in the boats. <br /> Ginny Driscoll , an abutter of the property stated that she <br /> felt that Mr. Burtis has completed all upgrades to the <br /> Boatyard without the necessary permits required by the <br /> Town. <br /> George Costa indicated that the Board of Health would like <br /> to become involved in this matter and have the opportunity <br /> to review plans. <br /> Mr. Hanson moved to grant a license for aboveground and <br /> underground storage of gasoline to William Burtis of 15 <br /> Riverside Road, Mashpee (Little River Boatyard) contingent <br /> that Mr. Burtis follows the conditions set forth by the <br /> Fire Department. <br /> 6. FIELDS POINT - ENTERTAINMENT LICENSE - Mr. Lawrence moved <br /> to grant an entertainment license to Fields Point <br /> Corporation between the dates of May 25 through September <br /> 1 , 1990; specific dates being May 26, June 21 , June 23 , <br /> July 6 - August 31 (Friday Night Live Concert Series) , July <br /> 31 - August 4 (Mashpee Commons Music Festival ) , July 31 , <br /> August 1 - 3 and August 17. Mr. Carter seconded the <br /> motion. All were in favor. There was no public comment. <br />
