• BOARD OF SELECTMEN <br /> MINUTES - REGULAR SESSION <br /> MONDAY, APRIL 23, 1990 <br /> PAGE TWO <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> 2 . MASHPEE WOMPANOAG ROD AND GUN CLUB - Since, Mr. Lawrence <br /> would abstain, action on this matter was deferred until a <br /> quorum is available. <br /> 3 . FIRE & RESCUE OPEN HOUSE - The Board noted a memorandum <br /> from Chief Ridgeway advising that the Fire & Rescue open <br /> house has been rescheduled for Saturday, May 19, 1990. <br /> OTHER OLD BUSINESS <br /> • 1 . FISCAL POLICY ADVISORY COMMITTEE - Mr. Harrington stated <br /> the four individuals that had applied for this committee <br /> are Bill Jones , Bert Kaplan, Al Polsi and Wayne Garrett. <br /> Mr. Harrington indicated that he would speak with the Town <br /> Accountant, Carl Heller of the Finance Committee and other <br /> members of the Committee before making a recommendation. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 1 . HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE COLLECTION DAY NOTIFICATION - <br /> The Board received notification of the Household Hazardous <br /> Waste Collection Day to be held on April 28, 1990. Mr. <br /> Gottlieb asked that the press help make this known to the <br /> public. <br /> 2. TIM'S NECK PARCEL - Mr. Lawrence moved to accept the Tim's <br /> Neck Parcel on behalf of the Conservation Commission as <br /> recommended by Assistant Town Counsel Leslie-Ann Morse. <br /> Mrs. Jacobson seconded the motion and Mr. Gottlieb was in <br /> favor. <br /> • 3 . TOWN KENNEL CONTRACT - Mrs. Jacobson moved to execute the <br /> contract between the Animal Inn and the Town of Mashpee as <br /> recommended by June Daley. Mr. Lawrence seconded the <br /> motion and Mr. Gottlieb was in favor. <br />
