10 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> February 7, 2000 <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Impact Fee Feasibility Proposal: <br /> The Town Planner was present to discuss the proposal of conducting an <br /> impact fee feasibility study with the firm of Tischler&Associates,lnc. <br /> The scope of professional services would focus on the feasibility of <br /> including different Town services for development impact fee <br /> calculations. <br /> Tasks include the review of relevant budgets, fiscal information, planning <br /> documents, and past studies. Current levels of service, future capital <br /> facility needs, financing and other relevant discussions would be held with <br /> appropriate Town staff members. <br /> The cost of the assignment is $3,400. Discussion ensued. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Blythe to approve and authorize the <br /> Impact Fee Feasibility Study with Tischler& Associates, Inc. as <br /> recommended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane. <br /> VOTE: 3-1. Motion carries. <br /> Selectman Leveille opposed, Selectman Marsters abstained. <br /> Adjournment: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to adjourn at 8:45 p.m. <br /> The Board will enter into Executive Session at this time for the <br /> purpose of discussing collective bargaining issues, potential litigation <br /> strategy and the discussion of real property. The Board will not <br /> resume in Open Session. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Blythe. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: Kenneth,yes David,yes <br /> Wayne,yes John, yes <br /> Fred, yes <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Kathleen M.
