5 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> Monday, July 10, 2000 <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> Execution of Cranberry Agreement: <br /> The Board reviewed the First Amendment Cranberry Bog Management <br /> Services Agreement between the Town and Handy Cranberry Trust. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to approve and execute the <br /> Cranberry Bog Management Services Agreement between the Town <br /> of Mashpee and the Trustees of Handy Cranberry Trust as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Coastal Waste Management Agreement: <br /> Selectman Leveille stepped down for the above referenced agenda topic. <br /> Selectman Cahalane presided. <br /> The Selectmen reviewed the Agreement for services for the operation of <br /> the Asher's Path Solid Waste Transfer Station. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to approve Amendment No. i to <br /> the Agreement for Services By and Between the Town of Mashpee <br /> and Coastal Waste Management for Operations of the Asher's Path <br /> Solid Waste Transfer Station (Year#2 of the Contract, $281,900 and <br /> Amendment No. 1, $35,000)contingent upon Town Counsel's legal <br /> review and approval. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Selectman Leveille abstained. <br />
