10 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> January 8, 2001 <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Approval of Change Order#4—Fire Station: <br /> Change Order#4 was presented to the Selectmen for approval. The Fire <br /> Station Building Committee approved the contract adjustment in the <br /> amount of$2,525.20. (enclosed) <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to approve Fire Station Change <br /> Order#4 in the amount of$2,525.20 as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> Mooring Regulation for Approval: <br /> Perry Ellis, the Harbormaster was present to recommend the Board <br /> approve the amendments to the Mooring Regulations as contained in his <br /> memorandum to the Selectmen dated December 27, 2000. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to approve the amended <br /> Mooring Regulations to update the current regulations as <br /> recommended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> Request from DPW Director re: Snow Emergency <br /> Correspondence was received from the Director of Public Works dated <br /> December 27, 2000 requesting that Richard Hawryluk be allowed to work <br /> as a truck driver for the DPW under emergency conditions. It was noted <br /> that Mr. Hawryluk is a candidate for the position of Local Inspector. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to approve the request of the DPW <br /> Director and allow Richard Hawryluk to work under emergency <br /> conditions contingent upon his appointment as Local Inspector. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br />
