3 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> January 22, 2001 <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Hearing—Tree Removal Route 151_ <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Public Hearing—New Seabury Properties LLC—Aboveground Storage <br /> Tanks: <br /> Selectman Leveille opened the Public Hearing on the application of New <br /> Seabury Properties LLC for the relocation of Aboveground Storage Tanks <br /> (one 5,000 gallon unleaded gas tank and one 1,000 gallon diesel fuel tank) <br /> from property identified as Map 127, Block 1 (Golf Course Maintenance <br /> Facility) to Map 98, Block 2. <br /> The Assistant Town Administrator read aloud the Public Hearing notice as <br /> published. The applicant was not present to discuss the license application <br /> with the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to continue the Public Hearing of <br /> New Seabury Properties LLC—Aboveground Storage Tanks to the <br /> end of the Selectmen's Meeting until representation is available for <br /> discussion of said application. <br /> Motions seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> VHB—Traffic Signal Additional Design Change Order: <br /> The Director of Public Works was present with representation from <br /> Vanasse Hangen Brustlin (VHB) to identify several design modifications, <br /> which were not included in the approved preliminary design of the Route <br /> 130/Great Neck Road North Transportation Improvement Project. <br /> Design modifications include an auxiliary Town Hall access road which <br /> would connect the rear parking lot(easterly bay) to Route 130, a revised <br /> drive access to residential lot #11 to meet the accessibility needs of both <br /> the Country Store and the project abutters residing in rear lot #11, and <br /> pavement construction. <br />
