Board of Selectmen 2 <br /> Minutes <br /> June 26, 2001 <br /> Public Hearing— Legal Sea Foods <br /> Town Administrator Whritenour read aloud the following Public Hearing Notice: <br /> Pursuant to Chapter 138 of Massachusetts General Laws, the Board Selectmen, <br /> acting as the Licensing Authority for the Town of Mashpee, will conduct a public <br /> hearing on the application of Legal Sea Foods, Inc., Roger S. Berkowitz,Manager, <br /> 38 Nathan Ellis Highway, Mashpee, MA for a Seasonal Wine & Malt Liquor <br /> License on the following premises: 4,500 square foot tent located in Mashpee <br /> Commons. Said hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 26, 2001 at 6:40 p.m. in <br /> Conference Room #1 at Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road North, Mashpee. <br /> Selectman Taylor made a motion to close the Public Hearing at 7:20 p.m. <br /> Selectman Marsters seconded the motion. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0 <br /> Selectman Leveille absent. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to grant Legal Sea Foods a Seasonal Wine and <br /> Malt Liquor License as requested in the Public Hearing Notice. <br /> Selectman Marsters seconded the motion <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0 <br /> Selectman Leveille absent. <br /> Waquoit Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve <br /> Town Administrator Whritenour advised the Selectmen of the Reserve's proposed <br /> wetlands restoration project. <br /> Selectman Cahalane suggested that this should be under the South Cape Beach Advisory <br /> Committee, All Board members agreed with this suggestion. <br /> Annual Reappointments <br /> Selectman Leveille motioned that Stephen L. Baker be added to list of Assistant <br /> Plumbing/Gas Inspectors. <br /> Selectman Marsters seconded the motion. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Selectman Leveille motioned that Leonard Pinaud be listed as a full member of the <br /> Conservation Commission, rather than Associate. <br /> Selectman Marsters seconded the motion. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> 1 <br />
