13 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> July 9, 2001 <br /> MMR ISSUES: <br /> In other business, it was noted that there was a recent fuel spill of <br /> approximately 100 gallons on the date of June 15, 2001. The <br /> Conservation Department was not notified. The Selectmen agreed to <br /> request of the MMR that the Town of Mashpee be notified immediately of <br /> any incident occurring on the Military Base. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Cape Cod Golf Development: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Leveille to place the above topic on the <br /> agenda of the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to remit a memorandum to the <br /> proponents of the Cape Cod Golf Development indicating that the <br /> Town is presently in property litigation. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Leveille. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Adiournment: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to adjourn at 8:20 p.m. <br /> The Board will enter into Executive Session at this time for the <br /> purpose of discussing collective bargaining. The Board will not <br /> reconvene in Open Session. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Leveille. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: John,yes Ken, yes <br /> Wayne,yes Chuck,yes <br /> David, yes Opposed, none <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Kathleen M.
