Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> May 20, 2002 <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Historical Commission: <br /> Acceptance,of Resignation: <br /> Correspondence was received from Phyllis DeLoia dated <br /> May 10. 2002 resigning as Temporary Clerk to the Mashpee Historical <br /> Commission effective July 1, 2002. Ms. DeLoia has also requested the <br /> Board approve the withdrawal of her retirement from the Barnstable <br /> County Retirement Association as she is relocating to Arizona. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Leveille to accept the resignation of <br /> Phyllis DeLoia as Temporary Clerk to the Historical Commission <br /> effective July 1, 2002 with regret and approve the withdrawal of her <br /> retirement from the Barnstable County Retirement Association. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cabalane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> • Request to Fill Position: <br /> Ann Whitlow, Mashpee Historical Commission was present to request the <br /> Selectmen fill the position of Temporary Clerk to the Historical <br /> Commission effective July 1, 2002. <br /> Motion made by Selectmen Leveille to approve the re-hiring of a <br /> Temporary Clerk,8 hours per week to the Historical Commission <br /> effective July 1, 2002. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> • <br />
