I1 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> June 3, 2002 <br /> COMMUNICATION AND CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> Special Counsel—Additional Fee's: (continued) <br /> Motion made by Selectman Green to request that all members of the <br /> Board of Selectmen communicate to be more informed on legal <br /> opinions such as; what is to be asked,what is the intended judgment, <br /> what are the options, etc.,and that all members of the Board receive <br /> confidential documentation through the Selectmen's Office. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Authorization to Appoint Temporary& Seasonal Employee's: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to place the above topic on the <br /> agenda of the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to authorize the Town <br /> Administrator to appoint temporary and seasonal employees on <br /> behalf of the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> It was noted that the Board of Selectmen would then ratify the appointed <br /> temporary and seasonal employee's collectively at their Regular Meeting. <br /> t <br />
