3 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> March 29, 2004 <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Approval and Execution of Town Election Warrant: <br /> The Warrant for the Annual Town Election to be held on May 8, 2004 was <br /> presented to the Selectmen for approval. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to approve and execute the <br /> Warrant for the Annual Town Election to be held on May 8,2004. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Recommendation for Appointment—Board of Registrars: <br /> Correspondence was received from the Town Clerk dated March 8, 2004 <br /> recommending the re-appointment of James Vaccaro to the Board of <br /> Registrars. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to re-appoint James Vaccaro to <br /> the Board of Registrars for a term to expire March 31,2007. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Acceptance of Resignation—Police Department: <br /> The Selectmen were in receipt of a letter of resignation from Aria I <br /> Glynn, Mashpee Police Department effective April 29, 2004. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cabalane to accept with regret,the <br /> resignation of Aria J. Flynn from the Mashpee Police Department <br /> effective April 29, 2004. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />
