t <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> • April 12, 2004 <br /> Present: Selectman Green, Selectman Cahalane, <br /> Selectman Marsters, Selectman Taylor <br /> Town Administrator Joyce Mason <br /> Absent: Selectman Leveille <br /> Meeting Called to Order by Vice-Chairman Green at 6:30 p.m. <br /> Town Hall, Conference Room#1. <br /> MINUTES: <br /> Monday, March 29, 2004 Regular and Executive Sessions: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cabalane to approve the Regular and <br /> Executive Session minutes of Monday,March 29,2004 as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Public Comment: None at this time. <br /> • COMMUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> Kids Klub—Letter of Appreciation: <br /> Correspondence was received from Jane Dolan dated April 1, 2004 <br /> recognizing the efforts of Peg Geary, Cathy Cameron, Joann Darrah and <br /> Pam Belouin,teachers of the Kids Klub Preschool program The <br /> educators were recently nominated for their role in child care excellence <br /> with the Massachusetts Office of Child Care Services. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to send a letter of recognition to <br /> the individuals as referenced for continued excellence in child <br /> education at the Kids Klub Preschool. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cabalane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Southport: <br /> A brief comment was made regarding the Southport residential <br /> community, and related road reconstruction plans. After the proposal has <br /> been brought before the residents,the matter would be brought before the <br /> Board of Selectmen for review in public forum. <br /> • <br />
