5 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> • Minutes <br /> March 28, 2005 � <br /> Acceptance of Seasonal Population Report: <br /> Correspondence was received from the Town Planner dated February 7, <br /> 2005 regarding an estimate of"overnight"population for the Summer of <br /> 2005. The temporary increased resident population estimate is used to <br /> establish a quota of seasonal package goods stores. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to declare the estimated temporary <br /> increased resident population of the Town of Mashpee to be 30,530 as <br /> determined by the Town Planner. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Public Hearing—L.N.R.R. Corporation, d/b/a Marketplace <br /> CaWAyolication for Transfer of Stock: <br /> The Board of Selectmen acting as the Licensing Authority for the Town of <br /> Mashpee opened the Public Hearing on the application of L.N.R.R. <br /> Corporation, d/b/a Marketplace Cafe, Kim E. Alarie, Manager, for a <br /> • Transfer of Stock, from Robert L. Weekes to Robert L. Weekes, Catherine <br /> R. O'Mahoney, Kim Alarie. <br /> The hearing notice was read aloud in accordance with posting <br /> requirements. Attorney Bob Clark was present on behalf of Attorney <br /> Gildea to review the license application. Kim Alarie was in attendance. <br /> Mr. Clark indicated that it is a simple transfer of stock offered as an <br /> incentive to reward valuable employee's who have worked for the <br /> corporation. There are no existing ethical problems. Being no comment, <br /> the Selectmen motioned to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to approve the application of <br /> L.N.R.R. Corporation, d/b/a Marketplace Cafe, Kim E. Alarie, <br /> Manager, for a Transfer of Stock, from Robert L. Weekes to Robert <br /> L. Weekes, Catherine R.
