- -076 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> • Minutes <br /> March 28, 2005 <br /> Acceptance of Retirement—DPW: <br /> Correspondence was received from Raymond Martini dated March 21, <br /> 2005 resigning from the DPW effective April 7, 2005. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to accept with regret,the <br /> resignation of Raymond Martini from the Department of Public <br /> Works effective April 7,2005. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Recommendation for Reappointment—Board of Registrars: <br /> Communication was submitted from the Town Clerk dated March 21, <br /> 2005 regarding the reappointment of Karen Walden as Registrar. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to reappoint Karen Walden as a <br /> Registrar of the Town of Mashpee as recommended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> • VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Execution of Local Election Warrant: <br /> For the Selectmen's approval,the Warrant for the Local Election of May <br /> 7, 2005 was presented by the Town Clerk. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to approve and execute the Local <br /> Election Warrant of May 7,2005 as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Approval of Betterment Assessments: Seabrook Village/Algonquin <br /> Avenue: <br /> It was noted that Town Counsel is presently reviewing the above <br /> referenced betterment assessments. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Green to defer approval of the Betterment <br /> Assessments as referenced. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> • <br />
