<br />Article 5. To see if the Town will vote to instruct
<br />the Highway Surveyor and the Selectmen to co-operate
<br />and contract with the Public Works Division of Highways +
<br />for the general repairs of its roads under the provisions
<br />of Chapter 81, of the General Laws, and to raise and ap-
<br />propriate the sum of $2100.00 for the same.

<br />Article 6.�T�o•,see if the Town will vote to authorize
<br />the Town Treasurer, with the approval of the Selectmen,
<br />to borrow money from time to time in anticipation of
<br />the revenue of the Financial Year, beginning in January
<br />1, 1942, and to issue a Note or Notes therefor payable
<br />in one year and to renew such notes or note that may be
<br />given for a period of one year or less.

<br />Article 77.. To see if the Town will vote to authorize
<br />the Town Treasurer with the approval of the Selectmen
<br />to extend for a period, or periods not exceeding in the
<br />aggregate six months beyond the maximum term pro-
<br />vided by law, any debt or debts incurred under this vote
<br />to be paid from the revenue of the Financial Year begin-
<br />ning January 1, 1942 under the provisions of Chapter 25
<br />of the Acts of 1938.

<br />Article 8. To see if the Town will vote to authorize
<br />the Town Treasurer with the approval of the Selectmen
<br />to extend for a period or periods not exceeding in the
<br />aggregate of six months beyond the maximum term pro-
<br />vided by law, for an original loan issued in anticipation
<br />of the revenue of the year 1941 under the provisions of
<br />Chapter 68 of the Acts of 1939.

<br />Article 9. To see if the Town will vote to authorize
<br />the Treasurer with the approval of the Selectmen to bor-
<br />row money for ordinary maintenance expenses and rev-
<br />enue loans, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter
<br />49 Acts of 1933, as amended or take any other action
<br />thereon.

<br />Article 10. To see if the Town will vote to authorize
<br />the Treasurer with the approval of the Mashpee Ad-
<br />visory Commission to assign any Tax Title held by the
<br />Town.

<br />ccle 11. To see if the Town will vote to authorize
<br />the Treasurer with the approval of the Mashpee Ad-
<br />visory Commission to sell at Public Auction any parcel
<br />of Real Estate, the Tax Title of which has been fore-
<br />closed by the Town, also as a part of the article the Town
<br />retains rights to refuse any or all bids.

<br />Article 12. To see if the Town will vote to raise and
<br />appropriate the sum of $350.00 for Foreclosure and to
<br />liquidate any Tax Titles held by the Town. Said sum to
<br />be raised either in.whole or part by taxation or taken
<br />from any available funds approved by the Mashpee Ad-
<br />visory Commission.

<br />Article 13. To see if the Town will raise and ap-
<br />. propriate the sum of $478.82 to offset the overdraft in
<br />the Collectors' Expense Account of 1941, or take any
<br />other action relative thereto.

<br />Article 14. To see if the Town will vote to continue
<br />,the Road Machinery Fund, to which shall be credited all
<br />receipts for the use and rental of the Road Machinery of
<br />Mashpee. The proceeds appropriated as voted by the
<br />Town, for Road Machinery purposes, or take any action
<br />in relation thereto.
