To see if the Town will vote to accept the following law: 1. No person shall barter or trade and collect junk without a license from the Selectmen of the Town signed and recorded by the Town Clerk. 2. The.fee for such license shall be $5.00. 3. Any violation of this by-law shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $20.00. Recommended by Finance Committee. Article 35. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $181.92 to cover unpaid bills for previous years, or take any other action thereon. Rpcqmmended by Finance Committee. Article 36. To act on any other business that may .legally come before the said meeting. Voted: That the Selectmen and Highway Surveyor petition to Commissioner of State Public Works, Mr. John McDonald of Boston, to consider.immediate reconstruction of roads from the corner to Route 28 and from the corner to Route 28 at Phillips Corner. And you are directed to serve this Warrant by post- ing up attested copies thereof, one at the Town Hall, one on each of the Bulletin Boards in the said Town and at the Post Office seven days at least before said meeting.
