No person shall barter or trade and collect junk <br />without a license from the Selectmen of the <br />Town signed and recorded by the Town Clerk. <br />2. The.fee for such license shall be $5.00. <br />3. Any violation of this by-law shall be punished by <br />a fine not exceeding $20.00. <br />Recommended by Finance Committee. <br />Article 35. To see if the Town will vote to raise and <br />appropriate the sum of $181.92 to cover unpaid bills for <br />previous years, or take any other action thereon. <br />Rpcqmmended by Finance Committee. <br />Article 36.
