No person shall operate a motor vehicle on high- <br />ways within the limits of the Town of Mashpee at a rate <br />of speed to exceed thirty (30) miles per hour. <br />2. To see if the Town will reappropriate the <br />sums from the following accounts and said sums be used <br />to purchase U. S. Government War Bonds. <br />Unclaimed Checks prior to 1939 $365.49 <br />Gypsy Moth, WPA 100.00 <br />Town Vault 200.00 <br />Seats, Town Hall 100.00 <br />Total $726.49 <br />The purchase of the bonds to be made by the treas- <br />urer with the approval of the selectmen, or take any <br />other action thereon. <br />Article 33. To see if the Town will appropriate the <br />sum of $1,200.00 from Surplus Revenue to purchase U. S. <br />Government War Bonds, said sum with the sum appro- <br />pripriated in the preceding appropriation be sufficient <br />to purchase 100 War Bonds.
