<br />BARNSTABLE, SS. To either of the Constables of the
<br />Town of Mashpee, GREETINGS:
<br />In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
<br />you are directed to notify and summons the inhabitants +
<br />of the Town of Mashpee qualified to vote in elections to
<br />meet at the U. S. O. building, Mashpee, on Monday the
<br />6th day of March next at eight o'clock A. M. for the fol-
<br />lowing purposes. To act on the articles contained In the
<br />following warrant. Also to meet at the Town Hall on
<br />March 6th, the same day (the polls to be open from 1 }
<br />o'ctcck P. M. and may close at five P. M.) to bring in
<br />their votes for the election of the Town Officers all on
<br />one ballot, under the Australian Ballot System as adopt-
<br />ed by the Town.
<br />Article 1. To choose all'other necessary Town Offs- I
<br />cers which are not elected under the Australian Ballot
<br />System.

<br />Article 2. To see if the Town will vote to accept the
<br />tTown Officer ' Reports.
<br />Article 3. To see if the Town will hear and act upon
<br />the reports of any committees heretofore chosen or to
<br />appoint committees for any purpose the Town may deem
<br />ad vis ble, r take ny action thereon.
<br />rticle 4. To see if the Town will vote to raise and)•
<br />'appropriate such sums of money as will be necessary to
<br />defray the Town expenses of the ensuing year.

<br />the Selectmen or their successors in office be, and they
<br />are hereby authorized, with the approval of the Mashpee '
<br />Advisory Commission to sell at public or private sale any
<br />or all of the real estate now owned or hereafter acquired
<br />by the Town throilgh any type of proceedings for the
<br />foreclosures of tax titles, to impose reservations, restric-
<br />tions or easements therein or thereon, and to execute in
<br />the name and behalf of the Town and under its seal quit,
<br />claim deeds or other instruments therefor, or take any:
<br />ether action thereon.

<br />Article 6. To see If the Town will vote to instruct
<br />the Highway Surveyor and the Selectmen to co-operate
<br />and contract with the Public Works Division of Highways
<br />for the general repairs of its roads under the provisions
<br />of Chapter 81, of the General Laws, and to raise and ap-
<br />propriate the sum of $2,167.00 for the same.
