<br />share of the cost of Chapter 81 Highways,and
<br />that, in addition, the sum of $5850. be trans
<br />ferred from unappropriated available funds in
<br />the treasury to meet the State's share of the
<br />cost of the work, the reinbursements from the
<br />State to be restored, upon their receipt, to

<br />Article 15. To see if the Town will vote to give the
<br />Surveyor of Highways of the Town full and complete
<br />control and supervision of all work on the highways of
<br />the Town of Mashpee whether the same be general re-
<br />pairs or special work or construction and give him full.

<br />ery owned by the Town, or take any action thereon.

<br />Article 16. To see if the Town will vote to continue
<br />the road machinery fund, to which shall be credited all
<br />receipts for the use and rental of the road machinery
<br />of Mashpee. The proceeds appropriated as voted by the

<br />in relation thereto.

<br />Article 17. To see if the Town will vote to establish
<br />all town labor at 62y2 cents per hour, or take any action

<br />Article 19. To see if the Town will vote to author-
<br />ize the Selectmen or their successors in office be, and
<br />they are hereby authorized with the approval of the
<br />Mashpee Advisory Commission to selat public or private
<br />sale any or all of the real estate now owned or hereafter
<br />acquired by the Town through any type of proceeding
<br />for the foreclosures of tax titles, to impose reservations,
<br />restrictions or easements therein or thereon, and to exe-
<br />cute in the name and behalf of the Town and under its
<br />seal quit claim deeds or other instruments therefor, or
<br />take any other action thereon.

<br />appropriate the sum of $600.00 for gypsy moth, brown
<br />tail and tent caterpiller as required by Chapter 132,

<br />the opening time of the Annual Town Meeting from 8

<br />the Burial Agent whether, or not, persons not residents,
<br />or tax payers of the Town, and at the present time have
<br />no burial lot in the Old Indian Meeting House Cemetery,

<br />Chapter 723 -Sec. 8 acts of 1945 to establish a Department
<br />of Veteran's Service and to vote to raise and appropriate

<br />Article 28. To see if the Town will vote to authorize
<br />the Selectmen to lease for trout fishery a part of Mashpee I
<br />River, from Asher's Path to Timber Landing for a term

<br />appropriate the sum of $10.60 for the Town fire depart-
<br />ment as an unpaid bill of 1944, or take any other action

<br />ize the Selectmen to lay out a section of a Town road
<br />beginning at the end of the present Town road ending
<br />at the property formerly owned by Wallace Hatch and,

<br />owned by Shields Warren, and raise and appropriate
<br />$50.00 for the same, or take any other action thereon.
