258 <br />Article 6. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Town Treasurer <br />with the approval of the Selectmen, to extend for a period of Periods <br />not exceeding in the aggregate, six months beyond the maximum term <br />provided by law any bebt or debts inc4rred under this! vote. <br />Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it was vote d that the Town <br />Treasurer with the approval of the: Selsetmen,be and hereby is author- <br />ized to extehdfor a period or periods not exceeding in the aggregate <br />six months beyond the maximVim term provided by law any bebt or debts <br />incurred under this vote. <br />An unanimous vote <br />Article 7.To see if the Town will vote to authorize the treasurer with <br />the approval of the Mashpee Advisory Commission to assign any Tax Titles <br />held by the Town. <br />Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted that the Treasurer <br />With the approval of the Mashpee Advisory Commission be and hereby is <br />authorized to assign any Tax Titles held by the.Town. <br />An unanimous vote, <br />Article 8. To see if the Town will vote to Raise and appropriate the sum <br />of 0250,00 to be paid for a free bed in the Cape Cod Hospital in accord- <br />ance with section 74 of chapter 111 of the General Laws, or take any <br />other action thereon. <br />Action; Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted to raise and <br />appropriate the sum of 1250,00 to be paid to the Cape Cod Hospital for <br />a free bed in accoddance with Section 74 of Chapter 111 of the General <br />Laws <br />Article 9. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or <br />transfer from unapprppr_Iate from unappropriated available funds in the <br />Traasury,the sum of $2700.00 for Chapter 81 maintenance, or take any <br />other action theeeon. , <br />Action: Upon motion dulmade and seconded it was voted to raise and a - <br />appropriate the sum of 2700.00 to meet the Town's share of'the cost of <br />Chapter 81 Highways,and that, in addition, the sum of $5400.00 be trans- <br />ferred from unappropriated available funds in the treasury to meet the <br />State's share of the cost of the: work, the raimbursembnts from the State <br />to be restored tpontheir receipt,to available funds in the Treasury. <br />An unanimoud vote <br />Article 10. To seeif the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or <br />transfer from unappropriated available funds in the treasury, the sum <br />of $500.00 for chapter 90 Highway Construction, or take any other act- <br />ion thereon. <br />Action: Upon motion dul made and seconded it was voted to raise and <br />appfopaiate the) sum of 1500.00 to meet the Town's share of thecost of <br />chapter 90 Highway Construction,and that, in addition the sum of $3500.00 <br />be transferred from unappropriated available funds in the Treasury to <br />'. meet the State's aidd County's share of the cost of the work, the reim- <br />bursements from theā¢State and County to be restored upon their receipt <br />to available funds in the, Treasury <br />An unanimous vote <br />Article 11.To see if the Town will vote to authok ize the Selectmen to <br />appoint.a Dog Officer, and raise and appropriate tha sum of $27.50 as <br />salary and $10.00 as expenses. <br />:'t, <br />Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted to authorize <br />the Selectmen to appoint a Dog Officer and to raise and appropriate <br />thesum of $27.50 as salary and $10.00 as expenses. <br />An unanimous vote <br />Article 12. To see- if the: Town will vote to raise and appropriate a sum <br />of money for supprot'of School and @tate Aided Vocational or take any <br />other action thereon. <br />Action: Upon. motion duly made and sesonded it was voted to raise and <br />appropriate a sura of money for support of School and State_ Aided Vo- <br />cational, <br />Article 13. To sae if the Town will vote to cotinue the Road Machinery <br />Fund, t6 which will be credited all receipts, for the use and rental of <br />the Road Machinery of Mashp9e, the appropriated as voted as voted by <br />the Toen,for Road' Machinery purposes, or take any other action thereon. <br />#Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted to continue <br />the Road Machinery Fund, to which will be credited all receipts for the <br />use and rental of the Road Machinery of Mashpee, the proceed s approp- <br />riated as voted by the Town, for Road Machinery purposes. <br />An unanimous vote <br />Article 14. To see if the Town grill vote to establish all Town Labor <br />at Eighty-five cents an hour, or take any other action thereon. <br />Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded tt was voted to establish all <br />Town Labor at eighty-five cents an hour. <br />An unanimous vote <br />
