To see if the Town will vote to pay the Sgellfish Warden (Constable) $200.00 per year and to raise and appropriate the sum of $200.00 or take any other action thereon. Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted to pay the Shellfisg Constable $110.00 per year and to raise and apprppriate the sum of $110.00 for the same. 46 votes in the affirmative None in the Negative 4 Article 22. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Selectmen to Iotrol and regulate the taking of.all shellfish and eels within the Town of Mashpee., section 52 of Chapter 130 Acts of 1941, or take any other action thereon. Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted EN IMN XWkTXX that the Selectman be and are hereby authorized to control and regulate the taking of all shellfish and eels within the Town of Mashpee.
