To see if the Town will vote to instruct the Selectmen to issue shellfish permits to residents of Mashpee for family use free of charge and -non-residents a fee charge not exceeding $1.00 a year or take any other action thereon. Action:'Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted to table this article. An unanimous vote Article 24. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum XX not to'exceed $1,000.00 for purchase of shellfish and $100.00 for trans- portation and planting,or take any other action thereon. To see if the Town will vote to have the Shellfish.Constables up in Ockway Pond at the head, aesthere was a lot of fishermen up there last year that did not know it was closed, and act fully thereon.
