Annual Town Meeting Warrant, March 1, 1971 (cont'd) <br />Action: Motion made and seconded a.rticle'be amended to read: To <br />see if the Town will vote to authorize the Town Treasurer, <br />with the approval of the Selectmen, to borrow money from <br />time to time in anticipation of the revenue for the financial <br />,year beginning January 1, 1971 to January 1, 1972, in accord- <br />ance with the provisions of General Laws, Chapter 44, Section 17, <br />and to see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the <br />sum of 94,000.00 to pay interest on any borrowings in antici- <br />pation of taxes. <br />Motion made and seconded article be accepted as amended. <br />A unanimous vote. <br />Article 5.
