339 <br />Special Town Meeting <br />Page 5 <br />Dec. 2, 1975 <br />ARTICLE 18. To see if the.Town will vote to take from available funds the sum <br />of $500.00 for clerical assistance to the Board of Registrars. <br />SUBMITTED BY THE BOARD OF REGISTRARS <br />RECOMMENDED BY THE FINANCE COMMITTEE <br />ACTION: Motion duly made and seconded that Article 1$ be accepted as read. <br />Motion carries. <br />ARTICLE 19. To see if the Town will vote to take from available funds the sum <br />of $1,000.00, said sum to be used tocbfray the cost of updating the Census and <br />Voting List. <br />SUBMITTED BY THE BOARD OF REGISTRARS <br />RECOMMENDED BY THE FINANCE COMMITTEE <br />ACTION: Motion duly made and seconded that Article 19 be accepted as read. <br />Motion carries. <br />ARTICLE 20. To see if the Town will vote to take from available funds the sum of <br />$2,093.00 to provide additional monies required for the installation of <br />the foundation for the Council on Aging building. <br />SUBMITTED BY THE COUNCIL ON AGING ' <br />RECOMMENDED BY THE FINANCE COMMITTEE to provide funds for the balance of the <br />foundation work on this building. <br />ACTION: Motion duly made and seconded that Article 20 be accepted as read. <br />Motion carried. <br />ARTICLE 21. To act on any other business that may legally come before said meeting. <br />ACTION: No other business acted upon. <br />Meeting adjourned at 10:30 p.m. <br />And you are directed to serve this Warrant by posting up attested copies thereof, <br />one at the Town Hall, one at the Post Office, and one each on the bulletin boards, <br />fourteen days at least before said meeting. <br />Given under our hands this 18th day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand <br />nine hundred and seventy-five. <br />Kevin D.
