To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or take <br />from available funds a sufficient sum of money to reimburse William L. Mead, Design <br />Group, Architects for past architectural services rendered or take any <br />other action thereon. Submitted by the Municipal Site and Building Needs Committee. <br />No Recommendation at this time. <br />ACTION: Moved and seconded to take from available funds the sum of $30,000 <br />to reimburse William L. Mead, Design Group Architects for past architectural services <br />rendered. Accepted as amended. Vote carried. <br />ARTICLE 91. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or take <br />from available funds the sum of $320.00 to purchase a Resusci Anne for the Civil <br />Defense or take any other action thereon. Submitted by the Civil Defense Director. <br />Recommended by Finance Committee to Raise and Appropriate. <br />ACTION: Moved and seconded to take from available funds the sum of $320.00 <br />to purchase a Resusci Anne for the Civil Defense. Vote carried. <br />ARTICLE 92. To act on any other business that may legally come before said <br />meeting. <br />A report was given on South Cape Beach. <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:30 P.M., May 5, 1976. <br />And you are directed to serve this Warrant by posting up attested copies <br />thereof, one at the Town Hall, one at the Post Office, and one each on the bulletin <br />boards, fourteen days at least before said meeting. <br />Hereof fail not and make returns of this Warrant with your doings thereon <br />to the Town Clerk at the time and place of said meeting. <br />Given under our hands this 16th day of April in the year of our Lord <br />one thousand nine hundred and seventy-six. <br />Kevin D.
