Said sum to be equalled by matching funds donated by the Popponesset Beach Association, Inc., or take any other action thereon. Submitted by petition of the Popponesset Beach Association, Inc. Not Recommended by Finance Committee ACTION: Moved and seconded to Indefinitely Postpone. Vote carried. ' ARTICLE 86. To see if the Town will authorize the Selectmen to contract with the New Bedford Gas and Edison Light Company to install and maintain the following street lights (standard lumens): 1, light- Present light located on Pole #6/M52ZMP, Cotuit Road -- to be changed to Pole #25/5'h at the corner of Cotuit & Hemlock Drive. 1 light - Pole (no number), directly across the street from small duplex apartments on Quinaquisset Avenue. 1 light - Pole #127/35 on Monomoscoy Road 1 light - Pole #2 on Meetinghourse Road. 1 light - Pole #40 on Mashpee Neck Road. 1 light - Pole #12735 on Monomoscoy Road Submitted by Mashpee Citizens. ACTION: Amended to read: (changed number in last item) 1 light - Pole #12738 on Monomoscoy Road Recommended by Finance Committee to Raise and Appropriate $18,000.00 for additional site work and for printing and advertising of bid documents for proposed police and fire department buildings. ACTION: Moved and seconded to accept Article 87 as amended. Vote carried. ARTICLE 88. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or take from available funds the sum of $50,000.00 for additional architect fees to complete the project of police and fire, or take any other action thereon. Submitted by the Municipal Site & Building Needs Committee. Recommended by Finance Committee to Raise and Appropriate $27,000.00 for additional architect's fees to complete the project of police and fire buildings. ACTION: Moved and seconded to Raise and Appropriate as amended by Finance Committee. ARTICLE 89. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or take from available funds, or take from the Stabilization Fund the sum of $ ' for site work and construction of the Highway Department facility, or take any other action thereon. Submitted by the Municipal Site & Buildings Needs Committee. Not Recommended by Finance Commmittee. ACTION: Moved and seconded to see if the Town will take from the Stabilization fund the sum of $100,00.00 for site work and construction of the Highway Department facility. A uianimous vote. Moved and seconded to accept Article 86 as'amended. Vote carried. ' ARTICLE 87. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or take from available funds the sum of $18,000.00 for additional expenses for Police and Fire, or take any other action thereon.
