435 Annual Town Meeting Eno May 1, 1978 ARTICLE 40. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appro- priate or take from avialable funds the sum of $ to replace the concrete guard posts on Route #130 with steel guard rail and to replace the concrete guard posts on Great Neck Road with steel guard rail, or take any other action thereon. (Submitted by the Highway Department) ACTION: Motion made and seconded to amend Article 40 to read: "To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate ' the sum of $4,535.00 to replace the concrete guard posts on Route #130 with steel guard rail and to replace the concrete guard posts on Great Neck Road with steel guard rail." Motion carried as amended. ARTICLE 41. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appro- priate or take from available funds the sum of $ for the purchase of a new dump truck for the Highway Department. The 1968 International dump truck to be used as a trade-in, or take any other action thereon. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appro- priate or take from available funds the sum of $ for the maintenance and construction of Town -accepted roads,or take any other action thereon. (Submitted by the Highway Department) ACTION: Motion made and seconded to amend Article 46 to read: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $36,363.00 for the maintenance and construction priate or take from available funds the sum of $ for the purchase of a new pickup truck for the Highway Depart- ment. The 1970 Ford pickup truck to be used as a trade-in, or take any other action thereon.
