Special Town Meeting -9- November 15, 1978 ARTICLE 28. To see if the Town will vote to accept the pro- visions of Chapter 90, Section 20C of the Massachusetts General Laws, as amended from time to time. ACTION: Moved and seconded that Article 28 be accepted as read. Motion carried. ' ARTICLE 29. To see if the Town will vote to transfer from .available funds the sum of $1,000, or any other sum, to be ' applied to the Police Officer's Off -Duty Compensation Re- volving Account or take any other action thereon. ACTION: Motion made and seconded to amend Article 29 to read: To see if the Town will vote to transfer from the Over- lay Surplus Account the sum of $1,000 to be applied .to the Police Officer's Off -Duty Compensation Revolving Account. Motion carried. ARTICLE 30. To see if the Town will vote to transfer from available funds a sum of money to be applied to the Police Department Expense Account for the purpose of leasing data processing equipment and related operational expenses, or take any other action thereon. ACTION: Motion made and seconded to amend Article .30 to read: To see if the Town will vote to transfer from Revenue. Sharing the sum of $850.00 to be applied to the Police Depart- ment Expense Account for the purpose of leasing data process- ing equipment and related operational expenses. Motion carried. ARTICLE 31. To see if the Town will vote to transfer from available funds a sum of money to be applied to the Fire Department Wage Account or take any other action thereon. ' ACTION: Motion'made and seconded to amend Article 31 as followss To see if the Town will vote to transfer the balance of $5,037.38 Antirecessional Fiscal Assistance Title II funds to be applied to the Fire Department Wage Account. Motion carried. ARTICLE 32. To see if the Town will vote to transfer from available funds a sum of money to install a well and pump and storage tank system for the Mashpee Fire Department, or take any other action thereon. ACTION: Motion made and seconded to amend Article 32 to read: To see if the Town will vote to transfer from ;the Muni- cipal Equipment Account the sum of $1,050.00 to install a well and pump and storage tank system for the.Mashpee.Fir.e Department. Motion carried. ARTICLE 33. To see if the Town will vote to transfer from available funds a sum of money to be applied to the Fire De- partment Expense Account or take any other action thereon. ACTION: Motion made and seconded to amend Article 33 to read: To see if the Town will vote to transfer from Revenue ' Sharing the sum of $5,542.00 to be applied to the Fire Depart- ment Expense Account. Motion carried. ARTICLE 34. To see if the Town will vote to transfer from available funds the sum of $1,539.40 to the Full -Time Fire- fighters Account or take any other action thereon. ACTION: Moved and seconded that Article 34 be Indefi- nitely Postponed. Motion carried. ARTICLE 35.
