451 <br />TOWN OF MASHPEE <br />ANNUAL TOWN MEETING <br />May 7, 1979 <br />THE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS <br />Barnstable, ss: <br />To the Constable of the Town of Mashpee Greetings: <br />In the name 'of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you <br />are hereby directed to notify and summons the inhabitants of <br />the Town of Mashpee who are qualified to vote in the elections, <br />to meet at the Mashpee Middle School on Monday, the seventh <br />day of May, 1979, at seven o'clock, p.m.,•for the following <br />purposes: <br />To act on the articles contained in the following <br />warrant. To meet at the Town Hall the following Saturday, <br />May 12, 1979, to bring in their votes for the election of the <br />following officers: <br />One SELECTMAN for three years; <br />One ASSESSOR member for three years; <br />One BOARD OF HEALTH member for three years; <br />One PLANNING BOARD member for five years;• <br />One PLANNING BOARD member for one year unexpired term; <br />Two LIBRARY TRUSTEE members for three years; <br />Two FINANCE COMMITTEE members for three years; <br />' One FINANCE COMMITTEE member for one year unexpired term. <br />The polls will be open at 10 o'clock, a.m, and will be <br />closed at 8 -o'clock, p.m. <br />Moderator Frank M. Leonardi called the meeting to order <br />at 7:35 p.m. A quorum of 256 was present. At this time the <br />Annual Town Meeting was temporarily adjourned to act on the <br />Special Town Meeting. <br />0 <br />
