Special Town Meeting -2- May 7. 1979 453 of $1,500 to be applied to the Selectmen's Advertising Account. . Motion carried. ARTICLE 5. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Selectmen to contract and install a School Safety Zone on Old Barnstable Road for the Mashpee Middle School and to transfer from available funds the sum of $6,500.00 to implement the Acts of 1967, Chapter 616, Section 6; said sum to be returned to the general treasury when reimbursed by the State upon their acceptance, or take any other action thereon. Submitted by the Board of Selectmen ACTION: Motion made and seconded to see if the Town will vote to authorize the Selectmen to contract and install a School Safety Zone on Old Barnstable Road for the Mashpee Middle School and to transfer the sum of $6,500.00 from the following sources: $ 6,000.00 Tax Title Foreclosure Account 500.00 Indian Museum Curator Salary $ 6,500.00 Total to implement the Acts of 1967, Chapter 616, Section 6; said sum to be returned to the general treasury when reimbursed by the State upon their acceptance. To see if the Town will vote to transfer from available funds a sum of money to be applied to the Personnel Board Expense Account to pay Dr. Mary, Ravin for physicals performed on town personnel in the departments of Police, Fire, Highway and Maintenance, or take any other action thereon. Submitted by the Personnel Board ACTION: Motion made and seconded to see if the Town will vote to transfer from Int. on Loans in Antic. of Revenue the sum of $2,500.00 to be applied to the Personnel Board Ex- pense Account to pay Dr. Mary Ravin for physicals performed on town personnel in the departments of Police, Fire, Highway and Maintenance. Motion carried. ARTICLE 7. To see if the Town will vote to take from avail- able funds a.sum of money to be applied to the Fire Department Expense Account, or take any other action thereon. Submitted by the Fire Department ACTION: Motion made and,seconded to see if the Town will vote to transfer from the Indian Museum .Curator Salary the sum of $3,500.00 to be applied to the Fire Department Expense Account. Motion carried. ARTICLE 8. To see if the Town will vote to transfer the sum of $475.00 from the Conservation Portable Radios account and to.transfer an additional sum of money from available funds to be applied to the Fire Department Wage Account, or take any other action thereon. Submitted by the Fire Department ACTION: Motion made and seconded to see if the Town will vote to transfer the sum of $475.00 from the Conservation Portable Radios Account and to transfer the sum of $7,025.00 from the Fulltime Firefighters Salaries to be applied to the Fire Department Wage Account.
