However, the Five Year Rollback expired for physical 2015 <br />so the liens may be released. <br />Mr. Andrews listed the books as follows: <br />Book 14388, Page 160 <br />Book 7080, Page 277 <br />Book 14388, Page 161 <br />Book 6974, Page 084 <br />Paul Andrews made a motion to release the liens on the books as presented. Gregg Fraser <br />seconded the motion. Roll Call Vote: Sheldon Holzer, yes; Paul Andrews, yes; Gregg Fraser, <br />yes. The motion was approved by a vote of (3-0-0). <br />Board members signed the release. <br />Review of Recapitulation Paperwork and Signatures <br />Mr. Streebel reported that it was the end of the Recapitulation paperwork. A recent hearing <br />regarding classification with the Board of Selectmen resulted in a 4-1 vote. Mr. Streebel reported <br />that the vote resulted in no split tax rate, no residential exemption, no small business exemption <br />and no open space exemption. Mr. Streebel also had a classification hearing with the Water <br />District where he provided an update on the growth of the Town, up 4.2% over last year. Mr. <br />Streebel stated that the prime commercial properties, primarily in the area of the Route 151 and <br />Route 28 rotary, were increasing this year. The tax rate for the Town has reduced from 9.11 to <br />9.08 this year and the Water District reduced from .18 to .16. <br />Board members signed the Recapitulation paperwork for the Town and the Water District. Mr. <br />Streebel noted that the paperwork had been submitted to the Department of Revenue and he <br />expected to receive an approved tax rate by the end of the week. <br />Additional Topics — None at this time <br />NEXT MEETING — The next meeting is to be determined <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Gregg Fraser made a motion that the meeting be adjourned.
