Mr. Andrews listed the books as follows: Book 14388, Page 160 Book 7080, Page 277 Book 14388, Page 161 Book 6974, Page 084 Paul Andrews made a motion to release the liens on the books as presented. Gregg Fraser seconded the motion. Roll Call Vote: Sheldon Holzer, yes; Paul Andrews, yes; Gregg Fraser, yes. The motion was approved by a vote of (3-0-0). Board members signed the release. Review of Recapitulation Paperwork and Signatures Mr. Streebel reported that it was the end of the Recapitulation paperwork. A recent hearing regarding classification with the Board of Selectmen resulted in a 4-1 vote. Mr. Streebel reported that the vote resulted in no split tax rate, no residential exemption, no small business exemption and no open space exemption. Mr. Streebel also had a classification hearing with the Water District where he provided an update on the growth of the Town, up 4.2% over last year. Mr. Streebel stated that the prime commercial properties, primarily in the area of the Route 151 and Route 28 rotary, were increasing this year. The tax rate for the Town has reduced from 9.11 to 9.08 this year and the Water District reduced from .18 to .16. Board members signed the Recapitulation paperwork for the Town and the Water District. Mr. Streebel noted that the paperwork had been submitted to the Department of Revenue and he expected to receive an approved tax rate by the end of the week.
