SE43-102
Richard M. Cushner
Pauline: Last Thursday morning, I met with Dr. Cushner and his wife. He came up and
had all sorts of plans and what have you and I gave him a Notice of Intent to file. He
wants to build a house. I advised him to keep his house back as far as he can so that
it isn't within the 100 feet. He was on his way from here to McGrath & Holmes to have
Pauline:
plans drawn up. He has a Notice of Intent and he will file as soon as he has got
that done. I think I convinced him to move it back.
Barbara: On this Superseding Order of Conditions, there is still no plan.
Pauline: Marilyn wrote to DEQE. We have not received it as yet. I asked Dr. Cushner
for one and he said he would see if he could get one for us.
Bill McKay, River Bend Rd.
Pauline: I had a call from Bill McKay, but he didn't show up. He wanted to talk to us
about something.
Mrs. Douglas H. Stevens, Greenwich, Ct.
Pauline: I receivbd a letter from Mrs. Stevens, February 5, informing the committee that
they have authorized George Benway to act as their agent.
RE: Furgeson's Property
Pauline: How does the board feel about writing a letter to Barbara Kickham. I have gotten
no where with Attorney Kickham. I have that letter with forty odd signatures on it saying
that the house was in violation of the Wetlands Act, in violation of the building code and
in violation of everything else.
Dick: Where is it?
Pauline: Beach Road. This is the one that Barbara said that the deck is on the beach. I
have not heard from Attorney Kickham and I went down and checked in the Assessor's Office
and the land is registered to Barbara Kickham and she pays the tax bill.
Charles: You are not going to get much out of him where he is putting himself on the line
as an objector.
Barbara: We haven't heard one word from DEQE on that?
Pauline: Nothing. I know that a copy of that petition was sent up to DEQE.
Dorothy: We approved it according to plans.
