-10-
Mr. P.anwav: " There is no variance required as far as footage or as far as side line
or setback.
Pauline: Could I take a vote of the Board?
One opposed -- all the rest in favor
Mrs. Sanchez: May I ask why you're opposed?
Barbara:- I would like to see exactly, for instance, where the deck is going to be on
This one. I would like to see it marked; I would like to see it staked. That deck is
awfully close on the bay side.
Dorothy: The deck is $0 feet back from the water on this, Barbara.
Barbara: Do you know where that water comes up, Dorothy?
Dorothy: Is this a deck just on posts -- this isn't the floodplain, is it?
Barbara: It is the floodplain.
Mr. Benway: In all due respects, I think the location of the house aside from the set-
back is the building inspector.
Barbara: Are you also approving the dock with this?
Dorothy: We can limit that in the Order of Conditions. Each of these have to be taken
in its turn.
Pauline: Do you plan to put a pier or a dock in too?
Mrs. Sanchez: We would like to put a small dock. It is in the plan, I believe.
Pauline: Anything else the board wants to know?
Dorothy: Will they resubmit that with the septic system and the well relocated?
Mr. Benwav: : But before that, if a stake is put in showing where the wells are now -- well
here, well over there and septic in the middle as outlined on these plans -- then a member
of the Conservation Commission come down and okay it or say, no.
Pauline: When they go down to do the perk test, if they will let us know, we will go down
too and get it checked out all at once.
Mr. Sanchez: Do we know what we have to do now?
Mr. Benway: I think so. First to locate where these afe going to be and then to get to-
gether to set up an appointment with the Board of Health to have the perk test done in
these general locales.
Atty. Boyd: Do you have to change both systems on both lots, George?
Mr. Benwav: Yes. Explains where the leaching field is going to go. Also explains that
the septic system will be moved to the other side of the house.
Atty. Boyd: Now, what is next door?
