-12-
Deane Beggs, Jr.
River Road
Agent: Phil Holmes
Mr. Holmes: I was here a month or so ago about a client of mine whose name is Mr. Beggs
who has some property on River Road. I have received a letter of conditions and based on
the- Order of Conditions, I don't think that I have made the plan clear to you. I am sure
it is my mistake. What Mr. Beggs wants is not only the house and a deck out here (a second
floor deck) but he wants to be able to have a walk-out basement and that is the reason for
these smaller contour lines. There' is re-grading proposed on the river side of the house
and it does even extend somewhat dwn the hill.
Wayne: They were not on the plan before?
Mr. Holmes: They were there but I just didn't bring them to your attention. The plan has
not been changed.
Dorothy: I believe Mr. Beggs mentioned it when he first came before us.
Mr. Holmes: The Order of Conditions indicates that no work should be done closer than 90
feet to the high water line and actually it will be something like 60 feet measured hori-
zontally.
Wayne: Were the proposed grades on there before?
Mr. Holmes : Yes, they were.
:Dorothy: I will make a motion that we amend the Order of Conditions #SI43-115, T. Deane
Beggs, Jr. , item #13, to read all excavation and grading shall be worked not less than 60
feet instead of 90 feet.
Wayne: Is he going to retain the sides?
Mr. Holmes: I didn't ask him explicitly. I don't think he is going to put a structure
there. I think he will sod them.
Wayne: He will plant them?
Mr. Holmes: Yes, plant them.
Wayne: There is a provision in the Order of Conditions, isn't there?
Pauline: That doesn't need to be changed. Only item #13. Okay, I will take care of this.
Mr. Holmes: Thank you.
Mr. Hollander
Mr. Hill
RE: Joseph T. Raduano, sE43 lib
Mr. Hollander: Requests that minutes of the meeting of March 26, 1980 regarding Joseph T.
Raduano be read, a copy of which was given to him.
auline: Heads a letter received from Mr. Paul Anderson of EOEA in reference to file 43-116.
he letter was dated April 16, 1980.
