Allen has all the receipts. auline: Would you have him make copies of them and send them to me and I will get in touch with Paul Anderson, Ferguson, SE#4 - 6 Pauline: I have received a letter from Murphy & Spagnest, Ferguson's attorneys, dated April 4, 1980 regarding extended Order of Conditions, SE#43-76. Re-landscaping of the front portion of the property-on the beach side will commence by the Ferguson's in the very near future. Asks that a Certificate of Compliance be issued upon completion of the work. Benjamin Gilmore II, Engineer, 43 East Grove St. , Middleboro, has sent a letter for Mr. George Markham of Johns Pond, who lives in North Hampton. The letter is read in reference to the above. Tape recorder has been purchased along with six packages of tapes and batteries. We re- ceived a 10 percent discount because Radio Shack is moving.
