-14-
Frank Homeyer
Pauline: We have received a letter dated April 29, 1980, from Mr. Homeyer who is let-
ting us know that he would like to remove about ten yards of sand that has washed into
his boat basin.
Ken: How is he getting it out?
Barbara: Where is he putting it?
Pauline: He does not say. A letter was written on May 14, 1980 from the Conservation
Board asking Mr. Homeyer the above questions.
Wiljoles Property
Pauline: I have a call from Marshall Severance. I also have letters from town council
stating that after going over the sales agreement that they were writting into the agree-
ment and the deed a number of acres more than what they were selling us as my husband
found when he was doing the research for me. I said I thought it would be great. My
first question was: what about the price? He said it will remain the same. We are
gentlemen and we will honor the agreement.
MEPA Statement
Pauline: .I received a copy of a letter addressed to Ronald Pocknett. When I was up to
the post office I asked if I should take it back if it goes to Mashpee Conservation. She
said to open it. It was a copy of the MEPA statement on Teal Harbor, New Seabury.
MEWS II. Phase II
Pauline: I have received a letter dated March 14, 1980, from Earle Marsters of the Plan-
ing Board advising us that our Town Engineer, Philip Holmes, is going to provide us with
a copy of the plan for MEWS II, Phase II. I still haven't received it. A letter was
written to Phil Holmes dated May 15, 1980, from the Conservation Commission asking him
why we have not received a copy.
Wastewater Treatment Facilities
Pauline: We received a letter from EOEA referring to wastewater treatment plant dis-
charges and with Coastal Zone Management. They have a gentleman, Grant Weaver, who is an
