-6- Charles: These are the plans which would show your leaching field 75 feet from water line? Mr. Hennigan: These are the same plans we discussed at the last session. There has been no changes. We were requested to assure the legality to re-submit it. We did so recently. Barbara: Okay, it is my understanding that these are the very same plans that we looked at. Didn't we agree that you should please stake it. Mr. Benway: We did so. You were not here. Mr. Hennigan: We did so. Let me follow up on that. We also agreed to locate the system as defined by this Commission. ' And you-will note In the latest drawing we have inserted that data. That could be one of your provisos in your issuance in the reading and in the specific wording of your Order of Conditions. As you have already made- the commitment, I am requesting a re-affirmation. Mr. Benway: Barbara, they were staked and I met with Pauline, your Chairman, down there some months ago to insure that they were relocated and 75 feet from water from the edge of the marsh. Mr. Hennigan: I have that. You will note .that you received that one and then subsequent to that, the 143. I have talked with Mr. John Lawrence on the 271 and went over these ele- vations with him and he agreed that the location as you prescribed here 1s satisfactory to him. Barbara: Wayne, how high was that deck from mean high water? Wayne: What is the scale? I think we have been through all this before. Barbara: I just want to know for my own information.
