-8-
sF43-105
Randall G. Swetish
Coast Contracting, 163 Walnut Street, West Barnstable, Ma.
Shows the Board Holmes & McGrath plan for the sewerage system. Shows the locus --
Danields Island Rd. , go across the little bridge and it is the first lot on the left.
Barbara: Ken Pecci and I looked at it.
Wavne: These people have been in before, right?
Barbara: Yes, right. They had this asphalt driveway. He has got to take out this
asphalt driveway. What we were complaining about was that deck. Has that been moved
back?
Wayne: The last time we met, Mr. Holmes went over it and he relocated it.
Pauline: There has been an Order of Conditions issued on this. This is why I am wonder-
ing why you are here?
Mr. Swetish: I did not know there was.
Pauline: Of course, there has been an Order of Conditions issued on this.
Barbara: Looks up the DEQE number and gives it to Mr. Swetish.
Pauline: Is there an extra copy of the Order of Conditions that you can give him?
A copy of the Order of Conditions was given to Mr. Swetish.
Mr. Bennett Gordan, Jr.
69 Bowsprit Point, Mashpee, Ma.
Pauline: Reads Notice of Intent -- to construct a single family dwelling with swimming
pool and boat float within 100 feet of salt water in accordance with plans on file with
the Mashpee Conservation Commission. This is the plan that Mr. Burden would not permit
Mr. Gordan to put the garage door on the street side.
Mr. Gordan: There is a garage door right next to it.
Pauline: The architectural review board would not let him put a garage door on the street
side.
Mr. Gordon: What I would basically like to do is as indicated on this plan. Mrs. Anderson
has approved it. Plans to retain all the normally existing scrub pines, etc. in front of
the house and between the house and the water.
Barbara: What are you going to do about all those reeds?
Mr. Gordon: The reeds are over here (shows on the plan). I don't have any others to
speak of other than in this corner,
Barbara: How long is the dock?
Mr. Gordon: The dock is 8 feet by 20 feet and an 8 x 16 ramp.
