-3- <br /> Barbara: Is he planning on clearing brush? <br /> Mr. Holmes: I know it is not his intention to clear everything out. Just to clear <br /> out enough for a view. <br /> Pauline: If we don't put that in our Order of Conditions, DEQE will supersede. <br /> Mr. Cushner has now arrived at the meeting <br /> Wayne: Is this George Garrity 's house ``because I am doing some work for him and he <br /> wants me to spray a herbiside to kill sdme weeds. He was concerned about his well. <br /> He mentioned something about it being out front'. He did have some weeds growing <br /> right above it. (sketches on the plan where the well would be) <br /> Barbara: Advises that the well location be checked if there is any question at all. <br /> Mr. Cusher: We can easily shift this down (referring to the well). <br /> Mr. Holmes: I am not sure whether we can or not. <br /> Wayne: The septic tank on Mr. Garrity's you cannot miss -- it is so shallow. <br /> Pauline: The well and septic system distance should be 75 feet. <br /> Mr. Holmes: The state regulation is 100 feet. Check it and see. <br /> Barbara: Pretty sure that the town is 75 feet. <br /> Mr. Holmes: A few feet won't be any problem. We will double check it tomorrow. <br /> Pauline: Any other auestions? <br /> No. <br /> Mr. & Mrs. Edward J. Sinkewicz <br /> Lot #52, Captains Row, Pirates Cove <br /> Agent: Heritage Landscaping <br /> Pauline: Reads Notice of Intent -- to build a 151 foot retaining wall to prevent <br /> erosion on slope in accordance with plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation Com- <br /> mission and DEQE. <br /> Wayne: There is a natural slope. The intent is to prevent further erosion in the <br /> water by building a retaining wall of field stone with this cross section grouted. <br /> (shows on the plan) <br /> Barbara: Whet is the depth? <br /> Wayne: Ten to twelve feet. <br /> Pauline: How long has the house been there? <br /> 'yrs. Charlotte BulwinP: (abutter) About sixteen years. <br />
