-4-
Mr. Psiakis: May be longer.
Wayne: It is very shallow -- four feet high.
Barbara: How much fill?
Wayne: I will use what is there primarily. It weaves in and out and has to be
Wiled out to get a nice aesthetic wall.
Mr. Psiakis: This problem could have been solved a long time ago. We wanted to
correct the problem by putting in a pips, but she stopped us and took us to-court.
Mrs. Sinkewicz has caused a huge puddle in the street.
Mrs. Bulwing: Where is this water going to go?
Wayne: I was not aware of the water situation in the street.
M_. Psiakis: I want to correct the problem on my own property. Mr. Sinkewicz
wanted to do something and wanted us to pay for it.
Wayne: The wall isn't going any higher than the bank. This is going to take care
of this problem (shows on the plan).
Mr. Psiakis: She caused the problem. It could have easily been solved without this
wall if she let us put a sewer line in.
Wayne: There are two different problems -- erosion and sewer.
Mrs. Bulwing: Shows where the water goes now. If they do put that wall up, the
water has to go some place else.
Wayne: There will be no lip on the wall. Shows on the plan and explains what the
wall. will look like. This can't add to the problem.
Ken: Why did they stop you?
Mr. Psiakis: We had to rip up tar.
Mrs. Bulwing: How high is the wall?
Wayn^: Just as high as the banking. Shows on the plan -- it will be the same height
in through here.
Mrs. Bulwing: I am concerned that it will start a problem on my property.
Wayne: I doubt that it is going to do anything on your side.
Mrs. Bulwine: I have spent hundreds of dollars on shrubs.
Mr. Psiakis: What is the next step if we want to appeal.
Pauline: You have ten days from this date to appeal the hearing. Write to DEQE,
Lakeville Hospital, ?'iddleboro, Na. stating that you are opposed to their having a wall
built.
