-3-
Bruce Fulton, cont.
also have a 10 foot minimum from the house. We don't have much room to play around.
Wayne: There really isn't much room. The other one was 40 and 44 here. This is 42
on both sides. That doesn't concern us any how. It has to be in the front with con-
servation. The Board of Health, it is more important as far as the 10 feet.
Bruce: You have to be 10 feet from the house and you have to be 10 feet from the road.
So, you have 20 feet to play with. Plus your pit takes a good 10 feet in diameter.
"Pauline: Do you see any trouble with this one?
Wayne: This one is less trouble than the other one.
Bruce: You can see that this one here is also very high.
Dorothy: I advise that you keep your construction equipment away from the edge of the
bank. We had a problem down on Lot 10 where they had dug a cellar hole, it was collapsing.
Wayne: I think what you are saying is no heavy equipment beyond what the overdig is. Take
all the fill that you need for backfill and try to put it on the side.
Bruce: We are going to have a full foundation here and we are going to have to carry it
away.
Wayne: Oh', yes, you are going to have to carry most but you are going to need some piles
and leave the piles to the side. Go back towards the water as little as possible.
'Bruce: I also understand that there will be no steps or anything down the bank.
Pauline: No other piers, docks or floats or anything until you file with the conservation
commission. Also, you do not have a deck on this house. If you have any future plans for
a deck, you have to come in and file.
Bruce: Can I put that on right now?
Pauline: You will have to submit it as amended. You will have to send a copy to DEQE.
Wayne: He can give it to us and he will have to send new plans to DEQE.
The deck was amended to the plans on Lot 12.
Wayne: On the other one, are you going to put a patio?
Bruce: Pauline, how do I work it on the other one .(Lot 58 Keel Way)? It doesn't show a
deck.
Pauline: And you are going to put a deck on the other one?
Bruce: Well, I am right against the conservation easement.
Pauline: Look when you are submitting your plans, make sure you have your decks on there.
Have your architect draw them in.
Wayne: Lot 12 will be easy but the other one will be tougher because of the conservation
easement.
