-4- Pauline: I would advise not to put a deck up. Bruce: Just put like a flagstone patio instead. Is that acceptable? Wayne: It is still disturbing the ground. Pauline: It is still disturbing the earth. The deck would be easier with the posts, really. Wayne: It triangulates out on the back so maybe he can work it out on the left-hand side. Bruce: Can we take a look at that? Wayne: The corner is right on. Now he has a little triangular area and maybe you could do something with this. Pauline: It is possible to re-design it so that you don't come out under the easement. Deck amended to plan on Lot 58 Keel Way. Pauline: Make sure you send your three copies up to DEQE. We will take this under advise- ment and you know the process of the DEQE number being posted. Bruce: Yes. - LOT 131 -- Compliance Bruce: Do you have any idea when you will be able to look at that dock on Lot 131? Pauline: As soon as I get two minutes to breath, I will be down. SE43-97 Bruce Fulton is to send the Conservation Commission a copy of the letter that he is sending to DEQE stating that he has already submitted the architectural plan. Orders of Conditions (Lot 58 Keel Way) 11. Work shall conform to plans submitted to the Mashpee Conservation Commission. Refer to this plan as amended by Mr. Fulton at a public hearing on August 13, 1980, to include a deck 10 feet x 39 feet along conservation easement. 12. All excavation shall be limited to an area not more than 76 feet from Keel Way (or not less than 65 feet from mean high water as shown on plan). Orders of Conditions (Lot 12 Tide Run, Little Neck Bay) 11. Work shall conform to plans submitted to the Nashpee Conservation Commission. Refer to this plan as amended by Nir. Fulton at a public hearing on August 13, 1980, to include a deck 10 feet x 64 feet. 19. No excavation euipment shall be used within the distance of 65 feet of mean high water.
